Camera: Canon PowerShot A1000 IS. I think the photo quality is decent for having a point-and-shoot camera. Lack of funds prevented me from purchasing one of better quality.

They? There's one bird... Or are you talking about the stripes? Those are crepuscular rays. >.>

Mhm. I find it amazing I can do so much with just macro and flash control. A friend of mine has a more complicated Canon where you can adjust the ISO even more, do color swap - basically the qualities in the more expensive cameras. For me, the additional options wasn't worth the increase in price - at least until I have a settled job and more time to devote to developing my photographic skills. xD

same here, I'm holding off on buying a better camera (and tablet, mine is ratty but it works alright) till I get a steady income. i guess we could think of our cameras as a set of training wheels xD

Haha hey that's the perfect philosophy! I need to work on my tablet skills. I did one or two colors of some fanart a couple years ago, but I lost my Photoshop, preventing me from doing a lot. :(

I'm trying. It's difficult when it's so expensive. A friend gave me a version of theirs once, but it had a virus on it, so that didn't work.

I remember before I got photoshop, I always drew online with oekaki. I think most of their tools are similar to the ones on photoshop, so check it out? x3
